Tiers are based off of stats, DPS, utility, and cost.

SS and above are allowed in the Tier list, nothing below said rank will be involved unless the digimon is that significant.

F Tier - Digimon that have little to no actual use in any setting, very situational, and aren't great for most situations.

D Tier - Digimon that have ok use, but aren't that great compared to anything above it, ok for early game content and usable for some mid-game.

C Tier - Digimon that are basically middle-ground in use and will mostly be what you use for early to mid-game content.

B Tier - Digimon that can do fairly well in many situations, getting thru mid-game and some late-game content.

A Tier - Digimon that, by this point, can carry you thru most of the late-game content.

S Tier - Digimon that can excel in late game content and absolutely be viable for many instances, more than A Tier digimon.

S+ Tier - Digimon that are the best of the best, useful for anything in the game.
