Here in DMW it's possible to push the Starter Digimon to 125%.

To do it, you have to complete and receive the Map Rewards of Western & Glacier Area, for more Infos check PawnChessmon W (Quest Rewards)

PawnChessmon W (Quest Rewards) located in DATS Center will give you afterwards a Quest to obtain a Growth Fruit [Savers] which will resize your Starter to 125%. The Quest is repeatable and can be used for all Saver Starters.

You can resize the Digimon with the Fruit of Homeostasis [Savers] after you completed the Starter Transcendence System. This Fruit i farmable in Gizumon's Dungeon in Digimon Maze Entrance.
