Rechargeable Energy is an item that is used to recharge your Clothing ( Clothing = Ornament / Cape / Top / Pants / Gloves / Shoes ). However not every Clothing can be recharged,
usually only Clothing with the Rarity/Class "Crown" are rechargeable and some exceptions.
You need more than 1 Rechargeable Energy to fully recharge a Clothing Part.
